We currently ship to addresses within Ontario and Quebec provinces only. We are working to expand our service areas in the future.
Shipping Rates
- Orders $60 and over: FREE SHIPPING
- Orders under $60: Standard shipping rates apply
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Please note:
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day
- We are closed on Mondays
- Processing times may be longer during peak seasons
Delivery Time
Standard delivery typically takes 3-5 business days after processing. Delivery times may vary based on your location and shipping carrier.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package's progress.
Special Handling
All food products are carefully packaged to maintain freshness and quality during transit. Gluten-free products are packed separately to prevent cross-contamination.
Return Policy
General Returns
Due to the nature of food products, we have strict return policies:
- Unopened products may be returned within 7 days of delivery
- Products must be in original packaging and in resalable condition
- Perishable items cannot be returned once delivered
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive damaged or defective products:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of the damaged product and packaging
- We will arrange for a replacement or full refund
Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed as follows:
- Refunds issued to original payment method
- Processing time: 5-10 business days
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was ours
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return:

- Ship the product back using the provided instructions
